Retro Reboot Shipping Policy

At Retro Reboot, we carefully package every order to help ensure your items arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Available services may include USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are determined by the shipping carrier. Retro Reboot is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Package Protection

All orders are packaged with reasonable care and appropriate protective materials based on the item being shipped. Higher-value electronics and gaming equipment may receive additional packaging to help protect against damage during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Retro Reboot because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Retro Reboot as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and item.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Retro Reboot may assist with contacting the carrier or filing a claim when appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, Retro Reboot ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or at checkout.

By placing an order with Retro Reboot, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

One change I’d make for your business

Since you’re selling retro consoles and higher-value electronics, I’d specifically keep the “incorrect address” and “delivered but missing” language. Those are two areas where sellers can get burned.
